Technology has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. In 7th grade I arrived at my Dads for Christmas and stared at a tree with several boxes under it. Little did I know, those boxes each held a different computer part. I didn’t know what I was doing and even used the CPU graphics for about 2 years because I had the HDMI plugged into the wrong port, none the less this process opened my eyes to how much I actually love technology. After building that computer I started how many other kids started… video games. Garry’s Mod was my first technological breakthrough and I coded/configured several different servers. At this time in my life I couldn’t even tell you what a server was, fast forward a few years and I now have a cabinet in my room! Technology has a very broad range of careers and skills that you can specialize in but I finally found my calling. Networking! As I’ve started to take networking seriously I thought it would be a good idea to share my progress online. It reinforces my learning and has the ability to help other people going through the same challenges as myself. My journey has just begun and every day I strive to be better than the last. I hope you enjoy reading my blogs as much as I enjoy writing them.
